My first unit cracked after a couple years, still worked with a bandaid holding it together. Then I ordered my second unit, Wow what an improvement! Really helps my neck pain from 3 herniated discs. Easy to walk around and use at the same time.

I've had lower back problems for 25 years. I've tried everything. PT three times, chiropractor for two years, epidural injections that worked for about a week then faded, a TENS unit, heating pads, CBD cream that did absolutely nothing. I was skeptical. I'll be honest. I've seen so many ads for back devices on Facebook and I've bought three of them over the years. One had velcro that lost its grip after two weeks. I have it on knead mode below my knee in these photos because I twisted it and I’ve got like a swollen pocket below the kneecap. It’s fabulous there as well as your neck. I won’t deny I was upset when I saw the same day I finished my purchase the 3.0 but I kind of like the Construction of the 2.0 better. It’s not a thick massive chunk wrapped around your neck. The 2.0 has its own little individual posts that move around independently. I’m positive I appreciate that Construction more than the 3.0 design. I am noticeably upset that I did not receive the Soft Cervical Sleep Support. Not Happy at all. 🥺
I don't know what the ingredients are, but this stuff works! No smell. No greasy film. Just soothing relief. I do paintless dent repair and my neck and shoulders and back are an aching mess at the end of the day. This balm, along with the Vitality 3.0 are just the ticket for relaxing at the end of a hard day off pushing dents.
